The Workshop Journey

Each 90–120 minute session blends chakra wisdom, mindset coaching, and embodiment tools to clear blockages and activate your inner magic.

Day 1: Energetic Boundaries & Residue

Day 2: Shame, Secrecy & Authentic Expression
Unclench your throat. Speak your truth. (Throat + Root)

Day 3: Attachment & Comparison Triggers

Day 4: Misaligned Intimacy & Consent Confusion

1:1 Healing Sessions (Friday–Sunday)

Book a 1-hour session solo or with your partner. These sacred offerings create space for deeper recalibration, support, and integration.
