Sound Mind Wellness for Survivors

Sanctuary of Sound, Movement & Healing for Survivors of DV, SA, & HT

At every Sound Mind Wellness outpost and through my own work, I believe every survivor deserves a space to reclaim their voice, body, and peace. Supporting survivors of domestic violence (DV) and sexual assault (SA) has been part of my calling for years, through private mentorship, workshops, and group programs that restore safety, balance, and inner strength.

We complement emergency services with crisis-coping (non-emergency) and long-term empowerment so you can move from surviving → to healing → to thriving.

My survivor’s journey & california as the latest addition to a legacy of service

As a survivor myself, supporting survivors of domestic violence (DV) and sexual assault (SA) on their healing journeys has been part of my work since the earliest days of Sound Mind Wellness. Before there were physical sanctuaries, I guided survivors through private mentorship, workshops, and programs that restore safety, balance, and inner strength.

Through trauma-informed yoga, sound healing, and mindset practices, I now create spaces where survivors can heal, rebuild, and thrive. Both worldwide online and across every SMW sanctuary: from Hawai‘i to Las Vegas, to Miami and California as well as through my private mentorship and events.

California is a full-circle moment in my own healing.

I had to leave California during my own healing, returning only when I felt safe and deeply grounded in my purpose. Those years away allowed me to grow, refine my work, and serve survivors with greater depth. Returning gave me the clarity and strength to help others reclaim their lives, too.

Conscious California Sound Mind Wellness (CCSMW), is the next level of that service. It will anchor survivor-focused programs and resources informed by my years of work across the SMW network, and serve as a model for what we will integrate into every SMW location.

Active Service & Training (YWCA San Jose)

I have completed the 75 hour Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking Advocate Certification and am actively volunteering with the YWCA Golden State Silicon Valley in San Jose California.

This hands-on work informs our care plans and keeps our support aligned with current California standards.

Our Role (post-crisis and crisis coping, non-emergency)

Emergency organizations save lives with hotlines, shelter, legal advocacy, and medical care.

Our role begins after safety and also alongside uncertainty. We provide crisis coping and stabilization that is non-emergency, then we walk with you into long-term healing and empowerment.

We help you ground, plan next steps, and rebuild at your pace.
